The terms that apply when you shop with Karis Tresses.

These terms apply when you browse or buy from karistresses.com, run by Karis Tresses Enterprise, Kuffuor Station, opposite New Crystal Hospital, Ashaiman, Ghana. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products and prices
- All prices are in Ghana cedis (₵) and are shown before you pay. We do not use inflated “before” prices.
- We photograph products in natural light, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.
- Tee bundle prices (5 for ₵375, 10 for ₵650) apply automatically to any mix of tees in one order.
- If we make a pricing or stock mistake, we will contact you before your order ships and you can choose to continue or cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or if payment is not received, and we will refund anything you have paid.
Payment
You can pay before delivery by MoMo transfer or, where available, by MoMo or card through our payment provider, Paystack, or pay on delivery in cash or by MoMo. Orders paid by MoMo transfer are processed once we confirm the payment.
Delivery
We deliver across Ghana. Delivery options and fees are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; we will keep you updated if there is a delay. Please make sure your phone number and address details are correct so our rider or courier can reach you.

Your account
If you create an account, keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
Content
The text, photos, logo and design of this website belong to Karis Tresses Enterprise and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.
Liability
We are responsible for the products we sell being as described. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the laws of Ghana.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
